公司于2009年—2010年投资上亿元进口了全套德国萨克（Saacke）、瑞士施利博格（Schneeber）、克林贝格（Kellenberger）、美国日本等滚刀磨床、拉刀磨床以及全套检测设备，所生产的滚刀（高速滚刀）达AA级以上，拉刀已达国内先进水平，可替代进口刀具，具有很高的性价比。

Zhejiang Yili Tool Co., Ltd (also kwon as Zhejiang Jinhua Tool Factory) was founded in 1992, a hi-tech manufacturer specialized in production of various high-precision broaches, special profile broaches, high-precision gear hobs, special profile hobs, and special profile cutters.
It invested heavily in the factory between 2009 and 2010 and procured equipment from Saccke, schneeberger, and Kellenberger, including hob sharpener, broach sharpener, and all testing apparatus required. The hob cutter (high-speed hob) it produces has a quality above Level AA, and the broach has replaced its international rivals in domestic market due to its striking technologies and price efficiency.
